This is my first visit, what should I expect?
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Your first visit starts with a quick check-in, a brief wellness overview with our trained team to understand your goals, and a quick studio tour so you feel at home. We’ll then walk you through everything you need to know for your first session, ensuring you feel confident, comfortable, and relaxed throughout your visit.
What are your hours?
Hours vary by location. Please check your desired location to see their hours.
How do I book an appointment?
You may book on our website, by texting/calling the studio, in-person at the studio or via our mobile app.
How do I get the best price?
Memberships are always the best value. We offer three membership tiers to fit your lifestyle, with sessions can be used on any of our Services for maximum flexibility. Plus, Members receive savings on all of our Advanced Nutrients.
If you prefer to focus on one favorite service (like cryotherapy or infrared sauna), we also offer packages. These bundles of 5 or 10 sessions of a service. Please note: unlike membership sessions, these can only be used for a single service.
How long are sessions?
Session length varies by service, but most experiences range from 10-45 minutes, depending on what you choose. Our team will walk you through the timing when you book or arrive.
Do you provide towels? Water?
Yes! We provide you with all of the items you’ll need for your sessions, from towels to water, robes and other gear. Just bring yourself!
How old do you have to be to use your services?
Guests must be at least 16 years old to use any Degree Wellness services, including our Advanced Nutrients, such as IV Therapy and Nutrient Shots. Guests under 18 must have a parent/guardian consent waiver on file.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. This helps us respect our team’s time and accommodate other clients.
Do I need a Membership to visit Degree Wellness?
No. Memberships offer the best value, but guests are always welcome to buy single services, packages, IV Drips, Nutrient Shots or NAD+ treatments without a membership.
Can I combine multiple services in one visit?
Absolutely. Many guests pair, or “stack” multiple Services and Nutrients in a single visit. Like Red Light + Infrared Sauna – for enhanced benefits and convenience. Or Cryotherapy and a Nutrient Shot (our Freeze and Poke.) Depending on what you choose, services can be done back-to-back, and some can even be done at the same time, like IV Therapy with Compression Massage, a Light Facial, Oxygen and a Nutrient Shot!
How often should I come?
It all depends on your wellness goals. Some guests visit weekly, while others come every day. Our team can help recommend an ideal cadence based on your metabolism and weight, anti-aging, recovery, performance, beauty, immunity or stress support goals.
Are your services private? Will anyone see me during my session?
Yes. Your sessions are private.
All of our Services and Advanced Nutrients can be enjoyed in a private suite:

IV Drips are performed in our semi-private IV Lounge. Prefer total privacy? Please request a private suite (subject to availability).
Compression Massage and Oxygen are typically enjoyed socially in our Recovery Lounge, but you may pair with an NAD+ treatment to move these into a private suite.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking ahead is recommended, especially during peak hours, but same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Do you offer a Bring-a-Friend option?
Yes. You can bring a friend and enjoy select services together – including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and contrast therapy. It’s a fun way to share the experience, and your friend receives our discounted Bring-a-Friend rate.

How many services can I do in a day?
Guests may enjoy one of each of our Services per day, and up to three of our Advanced Nutrients. Our team always prioritizes your health and safety, and we follow recommended guidelines for service duration and frequency. If you have questions about stacking services or what’s best for your goals, we’re happy to guide you.
Do you offer showers?
Yes. Private, in‑suite showers are included with services like Contrast Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Cold Plunge. These suites feature Vitamin C-infused showers, designed to leave skin feeling refreshed.
What if I arrive late?
To ensure the best experience for everyone, arriving late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. Services end at their scheduled time so we can stay on track for the next guest. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to relax and get the most out of your visit.
Do you offer Military or First Responder discounts?
Yes. We proudly offer a 20% discount on any single service or Nutrient Shot for active or retired Military, Police, Firefighters, EMTs/Paramedics, and Teachers. Discount applies to single services only and does not apply to IV Drips, NAD+ packages, or memberships. Valid ID required.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased in-studio or online and make a great gift for any occasion. Please visit your nearest studio to purchase a gift card.
Do you accept FSA or HSA payments?
Yes. Degree Wellness accepts both FSA and HSA for Memberships, as well as for Advanced Nutrients and any extra Services purchased a la carte. Just swipe your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout. If you’d like to switch the card you have on file to your FSA/HSA card, just let our team know and we’ll update it for you. Need an itemized receipt for reimbursement? Please ask your studio manager. We’re happy to provide one.
Member FAQ
Is there any initiation fee to become a Member?
No. There is no initiation fee to become a Member. There is no annual fee, either. All Members pay is their monthly membership cost.
What is a Membership “session”?
A “session” includes any one of our Services, like cryotherapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, red light therapy, oxygen, compression massage, and light facials.
No matter what membership tier you have, you’ll get to use your sessions on any and all of our services. Core members can use their 2 sessions on any of our services. Premier members can use their 8 sessions on any of our services. And of course our Unlimited members get to do any of our services every day throughout the month (and at any of our locations).
Please note: our Advanced Nutrients are purchased separately, but all Members enjoy significant discounts on all IV Drips, Nutrient Shots, and NAD+ Anti-Aging treatments!
How do I cancel my Membership?
Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. To cancel, please contact your local studio by email. Your membership will remain active during the notice period, and any applicable charges will apply. There is no fee to cancel.
Can I upgrade or change my Membership?
Yes. Memberships can be upgraded at any time. Our team can help you find the best option as your needs evolve.
Are memberships month-to-month?
Yes. Memberships automatically renew each month.
Is there a minimum monthly commitment?
No. All memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew. To cancel, simply provide us 30 days’ written notice, and that’s it! Your membership will be cancelled without any additional hassle or costs.
Do you offer Family Memberships?
Yes. Family Add-On Memberships are available for family members living at the same address, allowing them to enjoy Degree Wellness at a discounted membership rate. Families may purchase as many Family Add-On Memberships as they’d like.

Can I share my Membership with someone?
Memberships are individual and non-transferable, and sessions may only be used by the named member.
Members can add a discounted Bring-a-Friend option on select services (like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and contrast therapy).
What happens if I don’t use all of my Membership sessions?
Don’t worry, we got you. Unused membership sessions roll over for one billing cycle. After that, any remaining unused sessions will expire.
Please note, rollover sessions expire upon Membership cancellation or downgrade to a lower Membership tier.
If I become a Member and need to put my Membership on hold for travel or other reasons, can I?
Yes, Unlimited Memberships may be placed on hold when needed for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 weeks. Core and Premier Memberships do not offer holds, but unused sessions will roll over for one billing cycle, giving you flexibility if your schedule changes.
At which location can I use my Membership?
Unlimited Memberships can be used at any Degree Wellness location – across town or across the country. Core and Premier Memberships can be used at your home studio.
